Delete your Spendigo account

This page lets Spendigo users request deletion of their account and associated data. You can request deletion directly from the mobile app or by submitting the form below.

Delete from the Spendigo app (recommended)

Open the Spendigo app on your iOS or Android device
Go to Profile
Go to Settings
Go to De-activate Account
Confirm your request

Account deletion is processed within 30 days.

If you cannot access the app, submit a request below. Our team will process it within 30 days.

What happens to your data

Data that will be deleted

Your personal profile (name, email, phone, profile picture)
Your login credentials
Your payout bank details stored via Stripe Connect
Your NFC device assignments and labels
Your in-app preferences and settings
Your push notification tokens

Data that will be retained (anonymized or for legal obligations)

Transaction records required by financial regulations and Stripe compliance (retained for the legally required period, typically 7 years, with personal identifiers removed where possible)
Aggregated and anonymized analytics data used to improve the service (no longer linked to you personally)

Timeline

Request acknowledgment: within 48 hours
Account deletion: within 30 days of the confirmed request
Anonymized data: retained per applicable law
